Main responsibilities:

• Ensure uninterrupted work of excise warehouse to maintain high service level to the customers
• Inventory planning accordingly sales forecast
• Purchase planning and ordering of finished goods, communication with producers
• Item master data maintenance
• Document processing for incoming goods and registration of incoming invoices in ERP system
• Stock transfers between excise and sales warehouses to maintain optimal stock level in sales warehouse
• Preparation of various reports

You are perfect for this position if you have:

• A University degree in Logistics or Business Management
• Work experience in similar position (at least 3 years is an advantage)
• Strong MS Office knowledge especially MS Excel
• Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP knowledge (is an advantage)
• Good English and preferable Russian language knowledge
• Ability to work with high volume data
• High sens of responsibility, accuracy, initiative, positive attitude and self-discipline
• Good communication and collaboration skills
