As an analyst, you will be involved in all aspects of property transactions including but not limited to:

– Analysis of market data and preparations of business cases;
– Creating pitches, proposals, marketing materials;
– Property valuation, financial modeling;
– Marketing, site visits, due diligence;
– Other projects.

Requirements
– At least final year student in SSE Riga
– MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
– Languages: English, Russian, Latvian or Estonian/Lithuanian
– Good understanding of key finance concepts to perform valuations and analyses
– Punctuality
– Analytical thinking
– Communication and presentation skills
– Stress resistance
– Ability to prioritize
– Attention to detail
– Experience with Adobe software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is an advantage
